1. The Service

Sviteya is a SaaS platform for building Telegram chatbot funnels, managing subscriber conversations, scheduling meetings and accepting payments. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Telegram account and are responsible for activity under your account, including actions of team members you invite. You must own or be authorized to operate the Telegram bots you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for spam or unsolicited messaging, unlawful content, fraud, or in violation of Telegram’s Terms of Service, Google’s policies, or payment providers’ rules. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content and data

You retain all rights to your funnels, messages and subscriber data. You are the data controller for your subscribers’ personal data; we process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Payments from your customers are processed by providers you connect (Stripe, WayForPay) under their terms; funds go directly to your accounts. Service subscription fees, if applicable, are described on the pricing page.

6. Third-party services

Integrations (Telegram, Google Calendar/Sheets, Zoom, Stripe, WayForPay, Meta) are provided by third parties under their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms with reasonable notice where practicable.
